Fries Financial Consulting Ltd. (FFC) commenced in 2006 to fill a specific niche in the financial advisory market. Small enough to be immediately accessible and responsive; cost-effective for a focus on results rather than fees; and a broad base of experience to be able to readily identify issues and provide real world solutions, has allowed FFC to become a trusted advisor to many clients, based on relationships and results.

Typical clients are small to middle market companies in a state of crisis or transition which require part-time or temporary expertise, typically in one or more of the following areas: Turnaround Consulting, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Interim CFO Services. Our strength is in working as an internal resource with companies to solve complex business issues and providing guidance with an honest, straightforward, and understandable approach. With a wide contact base, we are able to draw from and work with (rather than compete against) other professionals and experts in the marketplace, to provide our clients with the best solutions available.
